Am I Insane?

Ok, don't answer that question. No, really. It's ok.

Tomorrow, we're going to the MOA. With the kids. Should be fun. At least that's what I keep telling myself. My aunt is coming in from Wausau with a busload of people from work to do some holiday shopping. I'm assuming that's why they all decided to get together and ride a bus for 4 hours. She wasn't going to come if we couldn't go out to meet her and who am I to deny her?

I love Baba. She's the only person besides my father that I'm related to that I can say anything to. She knows when something's wrong and always listens when I bitch. It's usually about stuff that I'd be mortified about if some people knew. That's the great thing about being so close to an aunt like her. She doesn't judge, she doesn't make me feel bad for saying the things I feel and most importantly? She doesn't tell! Bwahahaha!

At any rate, I'm very excited to see her and the kids are pumped to. Just don't tell them that Nickelodeon is building some rides there including a Spongebob one I'm sure. Yes, I know the park at the MOA is floor level and you really can't miss it but I'll be doing my damnedest to divert their attention elsewhere. Even it means leaving with 18 bags of stuff that will look useless when we get home. It's the small price I pay.

Or large price. Meh.

I agree. Nuts 'n Crackers. If I had to do that, I would abandon the wee'uns at the SpongeBob ride and find the nearest pub.

Customer Appreciation Day

Dear Crotchety Broad, While I love my job and think it's the easiest one in the world to have, I do not think dealing with your ass was easy. Here are some highlights from my fabulous time with you: When your cashier is ringing up your precious produce, putting the codes in (from memory thank you very much), don't start trash talking her. I didn't hear you ask if I needed help because, well, um, I was busy ringing your shit up. When I look up because I heard something , don't look at me and say, " HELLO??" all sarcastic and shit. I will squish your tomatos, avocados and bread. When I ask if you have coupons, that's generally a sign that I am not a mind reader, can't see in your purse and can't predict the future (contrary to what you may think dear customer). As a refresher, here's our coversation: Loverly Cashier: Did you have any coupons today ma'am? (and that ma'am part may or may not have been choked out of my throat) Crotchety Broa...

She Was Heartbroken

After reading about Kim and Reggie breaking up, the Monkey had a moment of silence to reflect on the love that is no longer there. And then she ate part of the page. Fiber! She needs fiber ya know! She wasn't as into the Saved By The Bell article like her favorite Auntie was (ahem) but she did kiss Zack Morris. No lie. Puckered right on up and layed one on him. He hasn't been the same since.

I Can't Wait

I know of no one who agrees with me that Jason Mewes is hot. This is a bad example and this is definately NOT hot. That's ok though. I remember the good, forget the bad. I make no excuses for my taste*. For fans of Clerks , Chasing Amy , Dogma , Jay and Silent Bob , etc , check it out: P.S. I've been working 'til 11 or midnight most nights so I'm pooped. I'll blog more. I promise. Was I missed though? * Or lack thereof to some people
